Mobile App Installation Steps

1. Download and install the JLive! Chat Mobile app onto your mobile device by visiting the app store and searching for either JLive! Chat or CMS Fruit.
2. Once installed, proceed to define your livechat instance on the mobile app by using the value displayed at the bottom of the Step 2 section on our download page as the Website Domain/Install Path in the mobile app. You can find your operator mobile access key code by going to the My Instances section on our website and clicking on the "Manage" link to the right of your livechat instance, and that will take your directly to your operators management page where you can find your mobile access key code.
3. That's it, you're all done!
